My Review Of A Dreamy European Vacation From Singapore

My friends and I had always talked about exploring Europe together since school. Even though we had found jobs in different parts of the world like the US, Dubai and Singapore, our plans remained unchanged. Finally, this year we decided to encash our leaves together and get this show on the road.
Planning our vacation with Thrillophilia
Although the four of us had travelled to different places around the world, this was our first true long vacation since we started working. On one of our group calls, Ayushi suggested that instead of worrying about everything, we should just book a package. One of her work friends had recently travelled with Thrillophilia, and the reviews were too good to miss. That’s how we discovered the gem that Thrillophilia is, and our trip planning to Europe got incredibly smoother.
Browsing their site, I found the 15-day Grand Europe Group tour package, and it suited our itinerary perfectly. I got in touch with Rohan, their customer service agent, who politely and efficiently guided me through the entire process.
Trust me when I say that the glowing reviews of Thrillophilia are true because they made sure every customisation was included in the package. They took care of everything, from accommodations and transfers to meals and fun activities based on our bucket list. Honestly, with how messy me and my friends get while planning group outings, this was a lifesaver.
Reuniting with friends
As I landed at London’s Heathrow Airport from Singapore, my excitement increased a hundred times when I spotted my friends in the waiting area. We had waited for this for so long, and it was finally happening!
Travelling through the cities was so comfortable, with Thrillophilia arranging private transfers for us. We had an entire day in London, which of course meant a visit to Buckingham Palace. Pooja had been so enthusiastic about watching the Changing of the Guards Ceremony, and I must say it was worth the hype. The best part of the city tour was hopping on the London Eye in the evening. The views were so stunning it made us speechless.
We got two full days at our next stop, Paris, and we made the most of it. We did everything, from trying pain au chocolat and French onion soup to climbing the Eiffel Tower in the evening. Entering the Palace of Versailles felt like stepping into a whole new world of royal luxury for me.
And if we loved the sightseeing tour, we were so not ready for the fun we had at Disneyland Paris. It was like living our childhood together all over again. We ran all around the place, got on so many rides, met our favourite princesses, and ate so much. To top it all, it was as if Thrillophilia knew we would need a relaxing experience, so they organised the Seine River Cruise. All I would say about the cruise is if you are in Paris, you definitely cannot miss it.
We spent the next two days in the Hague and Frankfurt before our entry into Switzerland. Since we would have missed some of Europe’s most famous places, the Mini Europe experience in the Hague covered them all for us. And like us, if you want to feel the essence of Frankfurt without going in too deep, go for the Amsterdam Canal Cruise.
Arya and Ayushi were the most excited about Switzerland, where we spent three full days and were still left craving more. The natural beauty of this country is literally so much more beautiful than the pictures.
The Alps were our destination two days in a row, where we covered the Rhine Falls, Jungfraujoch, and Mount Titlis. The ice flyer on Mount Titlis had us screaming and laughing, it’s so much better than any rollercoaster out there. Swiss chocolates were Pooja’s top haul, while Swarovski pieces filled up Arya’s shopping quota at Innsbruck’s Swarovski Kristallwelten.
Our final three days in Europe were a mix of history, art, and architecture that make the continent so famous. Venice was one place we had all looked forward to. As we sat on those iconic gondolas and sang Bollywood songs, it felt like a dream come true. And if our sightseeing tours through Tuscany, Pisa, Vatican City, and Rome were so fulfilling, it was all thanks to our wonderful guides.
As my friends and I sat at the airport lounge, we were so grateful for the Thrillophilia reviews that had led us there. What made our trip unforgettable was how effortlessly we explored each destination, which was only possible due to meticulous planning by their team. Just like every time, our next trip plans are ready, and now we know where to go to make them a reality.
