At a Glance
Living near the Las Vegas Arts District gives you access to creativity, dining, entertainment and a distinctly urban atmosphere. Furnished accommodation can make that move easier, especially when you want flexibility without buying everything yourself. Here are three options worth exploring, each offering a different approach to location, design, amenities and everyday downtown living.
Find the Right Place to Live Near the Arts District
When you want to live in or around the Las Vegas Arts District, the location is only part of the decision. You also need to consider how much space you need, whether amenities matter, and whether you want a loft-style home. Choosing a loft-style property makes settling into a new neighborhood easier, especially when you are relocating or prefer more flexibility.
The Arts District offers plenty to explore, with galleries, restaurants, breweries, independent cafes, shops and cultural events creating an active neighborhood atmosphere. You can look beyond the traditional Las Vegas lifestyle and choose a home that keeps you connected to the city’s creative side.
If you are considering a move, these 3 loft-style or furnishing-friendly options offer different possibilities to explore.
1. ShareDOWNTOWN

If you want to live directly in the Arts District, ShareDOWNTOWN offers a convenient option. Their Arts District community is located at 1300 South Casino Center Boulevard, putting you close to galleries, restaurants, bars, shopping and the wider 18B neighborhood. They offer 63 studio apartments, with 480-square-foot layouts and upgraded finishes designed for practical downtown living.
Move-In Ready Living With Modern Finishes
You can choose a studio with furnishing options, allowing you to avoid the work and expense of buying furniture when you move. Inside, you will find high-end features including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, European cabinetry, wood-style flooring and an in-unit washer and dryer. Selected apartments also offer city or mountain views, Juliette balconies and courtyard patios.
Amenities That Support Everyday Life
Your home is supported by shared spaces designed for working, relaxing and socializing. You can use the dedicated HQ workspace, private conference room, courtyard and communal kitchen, while the resident gym offers another convenient amenity in the community.
The location also means you can walk to nearby galleries, breweries, cafes and vintage shops, while First Friday events and local art markets add to the neighborhood experience. If you want your home and surroundings to feel connected, this location offers plenty to explore without traveling far.

Customer Review
Here’s what a customer, Sheena, has to say about ShareDOWNTOWN’s service on Google:
I have enjoyed living here! The studios are very up to date, with appliances, and they have some smart technology features. Prices are affordable, and it is near the Las Vegas Strip. Management is very nice and helpful. Oh, and did I mention this is a non-smoking environment! Great views and just steps from Main Street in the Arts District to great food and bars, shopping and more. Management also brings our small apartment community together by throwing company-paid get-togethers at different places to get us to know everyone and to have fun! What apartment complex is doing that? Main St has Car Shows, First Fridays, etc and we are just steps away from ALL THE FUN!
2. C3 Lofts
If you prefer a more traditional loft-style home, C3 Lofts offers another option in the Arts District 18B area. Located at 1015 South 3rd Street, the community combines open floor plans with high ceilings, large windows and designer finishes. You will also find stainless steel appliances in the apartment, creating a modern setting that suits the surrounding neighborhood.
Loft-Style Features With Practical Amenities
C3 Lofts provides several community features that make everyday living more comfortable. You can access a fitness center, rooftop deck and private secured parking, offering useful facilities with the character of a loft-style property. Pets are also welcome, subject to the property’s stated size and occupancy requirements.
While you should confirm current furnishing arrangements and availability directly, the location can be appealing if you want to stay close to the Arts District while choosing a more spacious, loft-inspired environment. You can compare its layouts and amenities with furnished options before deciding what suits your circumstances.
Why Consider C3 Lofts?
You may prefer C3 Lofts if architectural character and interiors are important to you. The combination of high ceilings, open layouts and large windows creates a different atmosphere than a compact studio, while the rooftop deck and fitness center offer useful extras.
3. Soho Lofts
If you prefer distinctive loft-style living in the Arts District, Soho Lofts offers another option to consider. Located at 900 S Las Vegas Boulevard, the 16-story residential condominium combines an industrial-inspired design with a central Downtown Las Vegas location. The building features loft residences with high ceilings, exposed mechanicals and concrete flooring, giving the interiors a more unique character than a conventional apartment community.
A Downtown Location With Loft Character
Soho Lofts is designed with an open, loft-inspired aesthetic, with 11-foot ceilings and exposed ductwork and structural elements as part of the building’s character. Some residences also feature terraces and views of Downtown Las Vegas, although individual layouts and features vary by unit.
Residents also have access to shared amenities, including a rooftop swimming pool, spa or jacuzzi, sauna and fitness center. The property is located within the Arts District, with galleries, restaurants, cultural venues and First Friday activities accessible from the building.
Why Consider Soho Lofts?
You may want to explore Soho Lofts if architectural character and a central Arts District location are important to you. Their loft-style interiors, unique building design, and range of shared amenities set them apart from more conventional apartment communities. Because individual residences vary considerably in size, layout and features, check the specific unit and its current terms before deciding.
In Conclusion
Choosing where to live near the Las Vegas Arts District ultimately comes down to what you want your everyday life to look like. You may prioritize a furnished, move-in-ready studio, a loft with unique architectural features or a downtown location that keeps you close to entertainment and culture.
Each option offers something different, so take time to compare the available layouts, furnishing arrangements, amenities and lease terms before committing. When your home matches both your practical needs and preferred lifestyle, settling into the Arts District can feel much easier from the beginning.
